Do you have model homes, or do I start the design from scratch?
Yes, we have model home designs for you to choose from, and you can bring your own to build a custom home.
Can I do it under my personal name, or does it have to be a company?
Under a company name is the only way if it's an investment and if its an owner occupied property then it may be ok to be placed under the clients name.
